Q. DOES YOUR CENTRE HAVE CHANGE FACILITIES?

A. Our centre offers dedicated changing facilities for both men and women, complete with a designated area for baby changing. Furthermore, we provide private changing accommodations to cater to the specific needs of our students. Ensuring cleanliness and comfort in these spaces is a top priority to enhance your overall experience.

Q. DO I NEED TO GET IN THE WATER WITH MY CHILD?

A. Parents/caregivers are only required to enter the water when their child is enrolled in our nursery classes. During the lesson, only one caregiver is permitted in the water; however, this person does not need to be the same individual for each session.

Q. WHAT IF MY CHILD IS SICK AND CAN'T ATTEND CLASS?

A. If, for any reason, your child cannot make it to their regularly scheduled swimming lesson, please inform Yara Swim School at least 1 hour before the lesson's start time. You can cancel your booking by either calling us directly or using the iClassPro App. Once canceled, you will be eligible to reschedule the missed class before the end of the term, depending on availability. For more details, please refer to our terms and conditions available on the iClassPro App.

Q. CAN I SWIM OR STAY IN THE POOL AFTER MY LESSON?

A. While our facility primarily serves as an instructional center, there are specific times when the pool is open for lap swimming and aqua play. For details, please ask our customer service team.

Q. HOW DO I KNOW WHAT LEVEL MY CHILD IS?

A. When you enroll your child with us, our team conducts an assessment to determine the most suitable starting level. Throughout the term, we continuously monitor and assess your child's progress. Students who demonstrate significant progress are frequently moved up to higher levels. You can conveniently track your child's progress and goals using the iClassPro app.

Q. I HAVE A QUESTION ABOUT WHAT'S BEING TAUGHT TO MY CHILD, WHO DO I TALK TO?

A. During most classes, our students and teachers are closely monitored by our Pool Deck Supervisor. Typically, these supervisors can help you with your inquiry or guide you to our Swim School coordinator. For queries related to class schedules and fees, please reach out to our customer service team at the reception.

Q. WHAT HAPPENS ON PUBLIC HOLIDAYS?

A. The swim school does not conduct classes or aquatic operations on public holidays, unless there is prior notification indicating otherwise. It's important to note that term fees have been calculated to accommodate public holidays occurring within those specific terms.
